BioEYES Brand Resources
Creating consistent communication standards and rules is crucial to establishing a strong identity and brand. The BioEYES brand is composed of essential visual elements that should be applied in a planned and thoughtful manner. These components are unique to the program and when used together will project a memorable and distinctive brand identity.
Before designing any BioEYES-related materials or using the BioEYES logo, designers should familiarize themselves with our Visual Identity Guidelines. These guidelines will help ensure that our messages and products are consistent and clear, compelling and attractive, and that they reflect our mission.
Our Logo
The BioEYES logo was designed by BioEYES Australia at Monash University in 2013 and has served as the official logo for all BioEYES centers since 2014. It is the key identifier of our brand, and serves as the basis for our visual identity. Please use only the official digital logo files, and do not redraw or alter the logo in any way.
There are five versions of the logo available:
Full-color
Whenever possible, the BioEYES logo should be printed and displayed in full-color. If background or printing requirements preclude the use of full color, one of the following alternate versions may be used.
For dark backgrounds
For display against dark backgrounds, the tagline and program name may be displayed in white. The Striped O remains in full color.
Grayscale
For use in grayscale documents, such as those intended for photocopying, the logo can be displayed in black, white and dark gray (60% black).
Monochrome
For black-only printing (such as on t-shirts or other such merchandise), this black-and-white version of the logo should be used.
Inverted monochrome
If the logo is needed for grayscale or black-only printing on a dark background, the tagline and program name is inverted to white. The Striped O remains as it is in the monochrome logo.
All versions of the logo are available both with and without the tagline. They are all also available in four different file formats: EPS and TIFF for high-quality, CMYK printing, and JPEG and PNG for digital and web use. When requesting logos, please specify which versions are needed.
